    How does the personalization process work?

    You send us your photos, and we create a custom character that looks like your child/loved one. Once the book is ready, we’ll send you a preview for approval. After your confirmation, we print and ship your personalized book.

    What kind of photo should I upload?

    A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting works best. Make sure the person’s face is fully visible (no sunglasses or hats unless you'd like them included in the character design).

    Can I request specific clothing, hair, or accessories for the character?

    Yes! You can add notes during the order about preferences (e.g., “wearing a red hoodie,” “curly hair,” “glasses,” etc.). We’ll do our best to match your vision.

    How long does it take to get the preview?

    Usually, you’ll receive your character preview within 24-48 hours. Complex requests may take slightly longer.

    What if I want changes to the character design?

    You can request revisions after seeing your preview. We allow [1–2 free rounds] of edits to make sure you're happy before printing.

    How long does shipping take after approval?

    Once you approve the design, printing and shipping typically takes [3-5 business days] depending on your location.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and costs may vary by country.

    What’s your return policy?

    Because each book is custom-made, we don’t offer returns. However, if there’s a mistake on our part or a damaged item, we’ll fix it or send a replacement.

    Do you use AI for your designs?

    Yes, we use AI-assisted tools to help transform your photo into a custom character illustration. Our artists then refine the design to ensure it captures the personality and details you’ve requested. This blend of technology and human creativity allows us to deliver high-quality, personalized artwork—faster and more consistently.

    Are my photos safe with you? What do you do with the images?

    Yes — your privacy is very important to us. We use your photos only to create your personalized character. As part of that process, the images may be processed by secure, third-party AI tools that help generate the artwork. These services do not use your photos for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

    Once your order is completed and approved, we delete your images from our system.

    The child I’m buying the book for hasn’t been born yet. Can I still order?

    Yes, absolutely! You have two options:

    • Send us photos of the parents, and we’ll create a baby or child character based on those features.

    • Or simply describe what you’d like the character to look like — such as expected skin tone, hair color and texture, eye color, and any other details.

    We’re happy to work with you to create a beautiful keepsake that can grow with your little one.
