Return Policy
Because all My Special Tales products are made to order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any other reason not related to an error on our part. Personalized items cannot be resold and are created specifically for you based on the details you provide.
Please double-check all names, dates, photos, and other customization details before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately at contact@myspecialtales.com if:

your item is defective or damaged, or

you receive the wrong item, or

there is an error in the personalization that does not match the information you provided.
In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or remedy in line with your consumer rights.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

All personalized and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defect, damage, or our error.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, please note that the usual 14-day “cooling off” period does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Because our products are personalized, most orders are not eligible for cancellation or return under the cooling off rules, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error.
